Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Qiddiya project is one of Legend Robot's key construction robot applications in the Middle East. Working with Furnishing House, Legend Robot deployed its 3.3m latex paint spraying robot for automated interior wall finishing, supporting faster and more standardized spraying across large indoor construction areas. The system is designed to improve coating consistency, reduce repetitive manual spraying work, and help project teams meet demanding requirements for construction quality, productivity, and site safety.
To better adapt to construction projects in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC market, Legend Robot's 3.3m spraying robot fleet has been tested with coating materials commonly used in the region. Tested systems include Jotun Durosan Interior, Jotun Fenomastic, Jazeera Green, Caparol Mid Coat, and ChemiPaint Acrylic Crack Filler, covering both latex coatings and putty compounds. This regional material compatibility helps contractors integrate robotic spraying into existing coating specifications and procurement practices, while the robot's thermal management and sealed mechanical design support stable operation under demanding Middle Eastern jobsite conditions.

As one of Saudi Arabia's major giga-projects, Qiddiya is being developed as a large-scale destination for entertainment, sports, and culture.
